There is a total of 47 Exhibitor Tables Available

Exhibitors agree to the following conditions for allocating exhibitor tables in Salon B adjoining the meeting room. Displays may be open from 8:00 a.m. Thursday, January 11th  to 12:00 noon on Friday, January 12th. Breakdown can either be Thursday evening after the Vendor's Reception, if not staying Friday, or Friday anytime after 12:00 noon.

 

  Exhibitor area will be available to set-up at 5:00 p.m., Wednesday, January 10, 2024

All Vendor representatives must be registered for the Conference.

$400 exhibitor fee includes one draped (6’ x 30”) table, two chairs, waste basket and
electrical. (All exhibitors must register and pay registration fees.)

Requests for an exhibitor table must be received no later than December 31.

Limit of two exhibitor tables per company.

Tables selection is determined by the order payment is received.

Table numbers will be assigned based on a raffle-type drawing.
